James founded Ichiro Consulting after a decade building and scaling engineering teams across fintech, logistics, and retail. Tired of watching good engineering get buried under bad process, he set out to build a consultancy that ships first and presents second.
These days he splits his time between client architecture reviews, hiring the next generation of Ichiro engineers, and personally reading every single project retro — because the details are where projects actually succeed or fail.
